Google Screensaver non è altro che uno screensaver che mostra immagini sul nostro schermo quando il pc è inattivo. Il bello è che queste immagini possono essere prese direttamente da un feed, oppure da una cartella a nostra scelta, ad esempio la cartella delle nostre foto fatte con la digitale, o ancora dal nostro account Picasa.
E se volessimo creare un nostro feed personale aggiungendo le immagini che ci interessano?
Bello! Come si fa?
Niente di più semplice, basta andare su FrameChannel , iscriversi e aggiungere al nostro feed personale i vari gruppi di foto organizzati per tema: es. foto di macchine, foto di paesaggi, ecc.
Dopodichè prendiamo l'indirizzo del feed e lo aggiungiamo ai feed presenti nelle opzioni dello screensaver.
Per capire meglio vi riporto una parte del tutorial preso dal sito di FrameChannel:
Step 1 - Setup the Screensaver
Select Settings to configure the Google Photos Screensaver to work with your FrameChannel feed.
Step 2 - Setup the Screensaver
Begin by selecting a "Visual Effect" of your liking. Note: There appears to be a bug in �Pan and Zoom� such that some images are being inappropriately resized and cropped. We suggest that you do not use the "Pan and Zoom" setting.
Next, check the "Photo feeds" box and select "Configure."
Step 3 - Setup the Screensaver with your FrameChannel RSS Feed
Deselect "Default Google Photo Feed" and paste in your FrameChannel RSS feed.
Your FrameChannel RSS Feed address is found on the "My Account" page at www.framechannel.com.
Select "Add" and your feed will now be presented as the only photo feed.
Select "Done."
Step 4 - Save Settings
Select "DONE" to save your settings.
Step 5 - Preview and Save
You are ready to use FrameChannel with your Google Photos Screensaver. Select Preview to begin the show. Remember that you configure your channels, add pictures and preferences at www.framchannel.com. Enjoy!
